    Most insurance carriers have an online claims process but usually a call works better; most have to speak to the policyholder. We would be happy to assist you in the process.

  • How do I know if I have coverage?

    The claims person will be able to verify coverage when you call in or make the claim online.

  • How long does it take to replace my windshield?

    A good rule of thumb is to allow 1hr to replace and 1hr wait time before driving. Rock chip repairs take about 30 min. Colder weather can extend these times.

  • Do you provide mobile service?

    Yes , weather permitting, limited service area. Inquire for details! Colder weather creates challenges and your safety is our top priority so we may ask for you to bring your vehicle in.

  • Can I get a ride home if I drop my vehicle off?

    Yes, we can arrange something, limited service area. Inquire for details!

  • What do you accept for payment?

    Cash, Credit, Check, or we can bill your insurance company if you have the coverage.

  • Do I have to pay a deductible?

    Most policies have full glass coverage if you carry comprehensive, otherwise the claims rep will advise you if you have a deductible.

  • Is your work warrantied?

    We have a written warranty that covers you as long as you own the vehicle. Inquire for details.

  • Can you repair a small chip?

    We can examine the break and advise on what needs to be done; chips in your direct line of vision are a distraction and usually require windshield replacement.

  • Should I worry about the integrity of your installations?

    Be confident! We have replaced over 50,000 windshields and have over 25 years of experience in the field. We only use the best products and glass available.
